Welcome Message

I’d like to personally welcome each of you to the annual Primary Health Network conference - myPHN Conference 2017. Service delivery has a unique regional footprint in North Queensland including cultural diversity and barriers of access across vast distances. The challenges we face require innovation in eHealth on new platforms developed for remote communities. We, at Health Reimagined, are pleased to be partnering with the Northern Queensland Primary Health Network as the Platinum Sponsor of myPHN Conference 2017. It’s an exciting time for Health Reimagined as we continue to grow and adapt to the challenges of this region and we are delighted to be part of this PHN network in Far North Queensland. The world of primary health is an exciting area in which to innovate and to find new ways to provide quality outcomes through inspired people working together in partnerships. Innovation and the use of eHealth is the means by which Health Reimagined remains at the cutting edge of health program facilitation. It is our desire to transform the way we operate and to continuously improve our ability to innovate program delivery and through established networks to develop capacity. We are very proud of where we are today and excited about where we are headed. Before I close, I’d like to thank each of you for attending the myPHN conference and bringing your expertise to Far North Queensland. I welcome you to contact the team at Health Reimagined either at the conference or at our office in Cairns to discuss partnerships and eHealth platforms for mental health delivery and Allied Health service provision. We are always seeking to ensure effectiveness and efficiency is at the forefront of everything we do within the primary healthcare sector and ultimately the communities in which we work. You, as leaders in the health sector, have the vision, the knowledge and the experience to help Health Reimagined pave our way into the future to achieve goals in primary health delivery. We welcome you to work with us to shape the future of primary health delivery. My personal respect and thanks goes out to all of you.
